Donation Guidelines

We accept new and used furniture in good condition with no structural damage. Many of the items we regularly accept for on-the-fly moves are of the smaller/mid-size, such that the item(s) can be easily fit in one of our volunteer’s vehicles. Larger items, such as sofas and some queen and king size mattresses, will be reallocated during our organized moving events.

Upholstered furniture cannot have stains or rips. We do not accept incomplete furnishings. We can accept mattresses and box springs, and we will steam clean the mattresses to ensure sanitation standards are met. We do not accept kitchen items, like pots and pans or utensils.

We accept large appliances, such as washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, ovens or AC units on special request. Please email us with special requests.
